This project began with an emergency call out for a backed up residential sewer service. Tracking time and material, Ellison‐Mills was able to assess the situation and initiate the repair. While completing the initial emergency repair of the sewer service, we were able to complete our full assessment of the line discovering the heavily deteriorated sewer main that contributed to the connection failure. Within hours, Ellison‐Mills developed a detailed GMP while simultaneously coordinating an accurate timeline for the suggested CIPP repair of the sewer main. Thanks to strong relationships, EMC’s T&M tracking, and experience with GMP pricing formats, we were able to complete the project on budget and on the original anticipated schedule.
