The Shea Way Paving project highlighted the versatility of EMC, incorporating our unique strengths as a JOC contractor, self‐performing nearly all aspects of this project. This included all the initial removals and subgrade preparation for the installation of storm drains, catch basins, vertical curb and gutter, bus pull out, grading and ultimately paving over 3000 SY to finish a highly anticipated connection in a heavily used corridor in Maricopa.
