Strong Roots In Southern Arizona

Building on a foundation established in 1998, Mike Mills and Brent Ellison co-founded Ellison-Mills Contracting in 2007 after branching from their original parent company. Mike Mills took sole ownership in 2012. The firm evolved further in 2020 when Mike partnered with Jason DeCarlo to form Ellison-Mills Construction. Today, the leadership team consists of Mike Mills, Jason DeCarlo, and Ryan Montijo, who unified in 2024 under the name Ellison-Mills Contracting to continue advancing the company's well-established reputation for excellence.
